My adventure began by flying off into the last rays of the setting sun. It was enchanting to watch, especially when the sun set and the dark sky was illuminated with twinkling stars. I arrived in the wee hours of the morning, a little bit hungry (hangry), but very excited to see this kid and spend a few days in one of my favorite cities: Boston!
The next day I wandered around trying to pass as one of the students here (I think I was pretty successful at that), waiting for my brother and his fiance to be done working/studying.
I amused myself with this thing, but don’t ask me to explain it to you!
I also wandered around trying to find a women’s bathroom in the Stata center. As much as I like Frank Gehry in theory, let’s just say finding the bathrooms, or really any particular spot in the building, is not easy or intuitive. When I finally found a sign that said “washrooms” on it, the arrows pointed in every direction. Haha, how helpful is that?

Later that evening, we met up with some friends and went to go bowling and eat pizza, but since there was a three hour wait, we ended up just going out to a nice burger place.
Then took the T back, which reminded me of taking the U-bahn in Berlin! :’)

This made me laugh! I like your photojournalism. 🙂
Dear Sarah,
Glad you had a good time in Boston despite the cold temperatures. It is colder here again so we are happy to be heading southwest next Tuesday.
